RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / DERECHO DE REVOCACIÓN

Customers in the EU and the UK. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods; for an order delivered in several parcels, it ends 14 days after you receive the last one. To withdraw, tell us clearly (by email to shop@filipparose.art or by post), for example using the form below. Sending your notice before the period ends is enough. Effects: we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same payment method you used unless you agree otherwise. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is first. You must send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. Returns go to the facility of our production partner that made your order, and we'll email you the exact return address after we receive your notice. Please don't send goods to our office. You bear the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised at your request (custom pieces), or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Clientes en México. Conforme al artículo 56 de la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, tienes cinco días hábiles contados a partir de la entrega del producto para revocar tu compra sin responsabilidad alguna. Puedes hacerlo mediante aviso por correo electrónico a shop@filipparose.art, por correo registrado o certificado, o mediante la entrega del producto, usando por ejemplo el formulario de abajo. Una vez revocada la compra, te reembolsaremos el importe pagado dentro de los diez días hábiles siguientes. Los gastos de envío y seguro de la devolución corren por tu cuenta. Te enviaremos por correo electrónico la dirección de devolución después de recibir tu aviso; corresponde a la planta de nuestro socio de producción que fabricó tu pedido (normalmente Coppell, Texas, EE. UU.). Por favor no envíes los productos a nuestra oficina.
